The big birthday girl eating some snacks before dinner and cake. She had her one-year check up on Monday, July 23. She weighed 20 lbs 13 ounces and is 29 1/2 inches long. They gave her the chicken pox vaccine and she didn't even cry. I was expecting it to be as traumatic as her last shot, but she just gave a dirty look and a little yell and she was done. It helped that the nurse gave her a sucker when it was all over.

Kensley wasn't very excited about her birthday party at first. I think she was a little nervous about the room full of people just staring at her waiting to see what she was going to do.

Kensley is always doing cute things that I want to capture on my camera. Whenever I get the camera out, she immediately stops doing whatever she was doing and runs for the camera and this is what I get!
