I've been tagged! So, here's how the game goes:The rules are:
1. The rules of the game get posted at the beginning.
2. Each player answers the questions about themselves.
3. At the end of the post, the player then tags 5 people and posts their names, then goes to their blogs and leaves them a comment, letting them know they’ve been tagged and asking them to read your blog.

ABC's
Kensley can say the alphabet, sign it, and recognize the letters when she sees them. I never thought she would be able to do it so young. I often find her reading books to herself and she is obsessed with letters. She sings and signs the alphabet to herself on a regular basis and often times actually gets it right!

Flower Girl
For Church today, Kensley wore a dress from mine and Stephen's wedding. All of my nieces wore little flower girl dresses and now Kensley is big enough to wear it too. :o) The wound on her chin happened during Sacrament meeting today. She insisted on jumping off the chair and then climbing back up to do it again and again. The last time she did it, she hit the chair in front of us with her face.
Kensley signing "I Love you". I know it resembles a claw, but at least she says "I love you" on occasion. It is one of the nice reminders that I really wanted to be a mom. :o)

Happy Anniversary
Sunday was mine and Stephen's sixth wedding anniversary. It is hard to believe that 6 years have already passed. Maybe because we have spent almost half that time apart! Stephen went back to Kuwait this morning, but it was so great to have him home for my birthday and our anniversary. It was so hard to let him leave and it has left me wondering what we are thinking making the decision to spend so much time away from each other. Stephen was home for almost 3 weeks this time and it went by so fast. We decided not to buy a house until we know more of what the future holds for us. So, he spent most of his time home tackling my "honey-do" list to make our townhome somewhat liveable. Stephen got a lot of work done for me and I am so thankful for his willingness to spend his vacation working instead of relaxing. I am already counting down the days until he comes home again.
Since we have such a small kitchen and dining area, we decided to go with a corner unit which left more room for our huge new china cabinet. :o) I finally have a place to put all of my beautiful new orange dishes! It makes me so happy everytime I come downstairs now. Thank you, Stephen!
