We flew to St Louis on July 23 for the first leg of our journey to see Mom in Nauvoo. Our flight was seriously delayed and our flight re-routed, but we finally made it at 10:40 PM. We spent the next day driving around St Louis enjoying the sights. The Hill is an Italian community that was started years ago. They have painted their fire hydrants in the same colors as the Italian flag.
